If you are requesting for a sick note for the first time, you will need to book an appointment to discuss this with a clinican. Please call to make an appointment at 8am Monday to Friday on 0208 888 6662.

If you have been off sick for less then 7 days, we are unable to provide you a sick note and you must contact your employer about SSP. Please visit the link here for more information. SSP Info
